How can I order some Adventure Agents gear?

When will I receive my items ordered? How long will it take to receive the Adventure Agents Gear I ordered from the shop?
That depends on where your order is going and when your order is placed. Agents should plan for at least 48 hours from order placement to departure from the HQ in Washington State. After the 48 hour window, Hawaii and Alaska residents can expect 4-7 days for delivery. All other US residents should expect 3-5 days. International shipment can vary widely. UK, EU, AU, and NZ shipments average anywhere from 3-5 weeks. If you are unsure whether or not shipping is available to your country, please add your desired items to your cart, then go to the “checkout” phase of our site. When entering your address, you will see a drop-down menu showing a list of countries. Shipping is available to all countries on this list.
Do the Adventure Agents ship to my location?

How can I track my order?
Tracking is available for all merch orders EXCEPT orders containing only agent badges and sticker packs. Since those items are small and light enough, we send them in classic envelopes with a postage stamp. All other merch orders require more complex packaging and are assigned a unique tracking number. Upon completing the payment for your order, you will receive a confirmation email with proof of purchase and a tracking number.
What is the Adventure Agents Return Policy?
Please email us at contact@theadventureagents.com with any of your return concerns. We accept exchanges for clothing items that aren’t the proper fit, as well as returns/exchanges/refunds on a case-by-case basis for dysfunctional merch. Please provide proof of purchase and photos when emailing us.
How do I stay up to date with re-stocks, new product launches, and all things Adventure Agents?
We encourage you to sign up for our mailing list. We send out email blasts whenever we have exciting news to share with everyone. This includes new product launches, re-stocks, new episode releases, exclusive content available via the app, treasure hunts, and more! Do the Adventure Agents accept fan mail?
We typically do not encourage fan mail or items due to a lack of time and inability to provide a response to each and every sender. While we’d love to, it is best that we gratefully decline. We try to avoid situations where Agent Families could potentially feel left out or have their messages unappreciated due to a lack of response or reaction. This is in no way intended to portray a dismissal of your hard work and thoughtful gestures. Your offers are very greatly appreciated!
Do the Adventure Agents do customized videos, shoutouts, or “Cameos”?
Unfortunately, The South Family can't do personalized messages at this time.
Do the Adventure Agents ever do meet and greets?
We don't do meet and greets unless we know other families really well, for safety. But we love bumping into other agent families when we’re out and about!
