My island holds,
A wealthy trove,
Begin your search,
On my newest cove.
Keone’ō’io by name,
It first was blessed,
Then later changed,
When French sails did rest.
The trail begins rough,
With sharpest of stones,
Walk Carefully on,
To countless coral bones.
Cross over the bones,
So soft and so fair,
Then breathe in deep,
The fresh forest air.
Careful thy feet,
On this forest path,
The spines they dig deep,
KIAWE WRATH!
Continue to trod,
ALOHA FRIEND!
A new path you’ll find,
Just around the bend.
A path made of white,
With two coral lines,
Now take a break,
And rest your minds.
Back to the trail,
No time to be lost!
Please pay your respects,
At the triple cross.
Pray, walk on now,
And look to the right,
A bay with a shore,
And tree bones of white.
And then… A great change!
A path of sea snow,
Go ‘round the bend,
Where lonely palms grow.
Now look on the right,
A great structure stands,
Built long, long ago,
With skilled Hawaiian hands.
Respect Ye this Place,
And any like it you find,
Upon the high walls,
Please do not climb.
Stay on the path,
That takes you Southeast,
Stop when there’s shade,
Or you’ll be a beast?
Hang a right there,
Down underneath,
Through spiny dark wood,
And tiny green leaf.
BEHOLD! MOANA!
Home at last!
Find the greatest white rock,
And climb on it fast!
Stand and face west,
See Kaho’olawe rise,
Then point to the South,
Where great gnarly tree lies.
Just past that tree,
In a small baby cave,
The treasure trove waits,
For someone to save.
Walk ten or more paces,
The tree at your back,
Down by your laces,
White coral on black.
Look there for the Honu,
With treasure inside,
Then leave with Aloha!
And on wings of love glide!
When you find the vase, please do not take the vase! Please leave the vase in place for future Agents to find. Just take 1 coin per agent as your prize.
